How we work

The Crespo Foundation supports initiatives of others that pursue common impact goals. It actively seeks funding partners and engages in long-term partnerships.

We attach particular importance to funding partners responding to specific needs, achieving sustainable impact and working with solutions that are transferable to other contexts.

We accompany our funding partners and support their further development - especially with regard to their impact orientation, financial sustainability, scaling and professionalization.

We actively support our partner organisations' development and impact orientation, capacity building, and sustainable growth.

In particular, we are looking for partner organisations that respond to a specific need, achieve sustainable impact, and implement innovative solutions which can be transferred to other contexts.

The Crespo Foundation is committed to helping people develop their creativity and build confidence in their own abilities. We encourage people to take responsibility for the future and thus contribute to a humane and open society. To this end, we focus on the areas of educational opportunities, cultural education, personal empowerment and art.

Our funding is aimed at four areas:

  • Educational opportunities

  • Strengthening of personality

  • Cultural education

  • Art

The most important target groups for funding are Children and young people, artists, women and girls, people with a history of flight and migration.
