QUALIFICATION PROGRAMME
BINA – BILDUNG UND NACHQUALIFIZIERUNG (BINA – EDUCATION AND RETURN-TO-LEARN QUALIFICATION)
In Germany, people entering the job market have usually acquired an academic qualification or completed a vocational apprenticeship. Yet one in every ten employees in Hesse has not been formally trained, even though studies show that those with professional qualifications are more likely to remain actively employed. People who have never done an apprenticeship often work in precarious working conditions and are at greater risk of unemployment. This is what the BiNa programme seeks to change.

A holistic approach to support
BiNa – Bildung und Nachqualifizierung supports unskilled and semi-skilled employees in acquiring a vocational qualification that is recognised by the state. The programme involves financially supporting a return-to-learn qualification scheme that leads to a vocational qualification as well as giving advice and accompanying the participants through their training.
Your path to a vocational qualification: It’s still possible!
Completing a vocational qualification means a great deal of security. BiNa works with you to develop an individual plan for your qualification and then offers support while you implement it!
